• Account information, such as identifiers provided through sign-in or authentication providers.
• Schedule and sync data you submit through CrewGPT flows (for example, schedule, reserve, and trip-board related data).
• Notification/device data, such as push subscription and delivery identifiers needed to deliver alerts.
• Usage and diagnostics data to measure reliability, performance, and product quality.
• Feedback and support messages you choose to send.

CrewGPT does not collect or store your airline or FLICA password.

3. How We Use Data

We use information to operate CrewGPT features, including account access, schedule processing, alerts/notifications, and user-requested AI functionality. We also use information to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve product performance.

Where helpful for product features, we may use de-identified or aggregated trend data that does not directly identify individual users.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate CrewGPT, such as:

• Supabase for authentication and core data storage.
• OneSignal for push-notification delivery.
• OpenAI services for AI features. OpenAI states API data is not used to train their general models.
• Analytics/telemetry providers configured in our environment.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer (such as merger, acquisition, or asset sale).

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can manage certain data through account settings and device permissions (including push notifications). You may request account or data deletion through support channels provided in the app.

8. Children's Privacy

CrewGPT is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date.
