1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrewGPT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. CrewGPT is currently offered as an Open Beta, and features, availability, and pricing may change.

2. Description of Service and No Affiliation

CrewGPT is an independent third-party scheduling and productivity tool for crew members. CrewGPT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, aviation authority, or third-party scheduling platform, including FLICA.

3. User Responsibility and Operational Verification

Aviation schedules can change quickly. You are solely responsible for checking your official airline systems for final schedule, reserve status, and assignment details. CrewGPT is an assistive tool and should not be treated as your sole source of truth for operational decisions.

4. Data Synchronization and Acceptable Use

You may only sync and process data that belongs to you or that you are authorized to access. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, abuse, scraping of other users' data, reverse engineering, or disruptive behavior against the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates these Terms, harms the Service, or creates security or legal risk.

5. AI Features and Output Limitations

CrewGPT uses AI features to organize and summarize schedule context. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect in some cases. You remain responsible for verifying important information before taking action.

6. Beta Pricing and Future Fees

CrewGPT is currently free during Open Beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before charges are applied.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewGPT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of wages, employment consequences, or operational disruptions arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
